The hight isnt right

So i whenever i play an animation the hight isnt right and it ist theching the vagina or whatever when i masterbate the hand is floating and hovering over the pussy and gliching into the leg if i set my hight to 1 if someone has sex with me they put their penis below my vagina or in my back sry for bad explaning im tiard. is there a way to fix this?

Pretty sure there is a setting in the MCM that says "Adjust Height" or something similar, toggle that and have a go.
