SMIM - Missing Texture for Whiterun Dragon Trap.nif

The chain is purple, I double checked tripled checked. The nif is there, the texture is in smim/whiterun.....metalchain 

 

There are no conflicting files and I opened the nif up and checked pathing. 

 

For what ever reason the chain is still purple.
