so it had been a while since doing any underwater swimming for me so i don't know when this problem began i just know its happening. when submerging it goes dark as if i'm in muddy water and i'm unable to see anything. i disabled all my environmental mods but it isn't one of them doing it.

 

i even removed all of my enb stuff and i'm still having this problem.

 

anybody have a clue as to what's going on?

Can confirm that what junk said does fix the issue. It's a thing with vanilla Skyrim, not a mod. They never added underwater sight, they just let us, the perverted modding community, fix it.

thanks a bunch folks. i never had this problem before and it turns out it was enb related. as soon as i deleted everything associated with enbseries_skyrim_v0096patch9antifreeze (which i forgot to do first time) it cleared up. i forgot i had the patch in there so even though i deleted enb and enb presets the patch was still there. took out the patch, problem solved. thanks for the link for future reference though. :)
