First, you didn't say what mods you have. Do you have (basic) requirements explained in this thread http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/150-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v161b-updated-jan-7th-2016/ ?

 

Second, have you tried Match maker mod? http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/163-sexlab-matchmaker-updated-09172014/

This mod is the best to test if animations work.

 

Third, you can use some "dialogue" mods like "SL Romance" (http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/158-sexlab-romance-including-source-updated-19th-aug-2014/)  or/and some autonomous sex starting mods like SCENT ( http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2737-scent-of-sex/ ) and similar.

i tried both the matchmaker and romance

 

matchmaker i couldnt figure out how to work

 

romance got to the part where you asked and then the conversation would end

For match maker: "It will give the player two spells, a target and a self version called "Irresistibly Attractive". When used it will apply a magic effect for up to 3 characters, including the player. Once the magic effect expires on an NPC or player, if any characters share the Irresistibly Attractive buff, they will begin having sex, if the actor is alone in having the buff, they will being to masturbate."

 

(Just read the mod's description please, all is written in the main page.) - Same goes for all mods.

 

Now, The Romance mod consist on MCM settings. You have to have at least level two for successful romancing and settings set on Easy.

 

I would recommend you to try SCENT too. Once you install it and got MCM menu, keep it on Easy settings. Then just decided what you want, set it in the menu and let it play.

You sure SexLab completed the installation?

Be sure you go in the SexLab MCM menu and you click on the Install button.
