Crashing frequently as a Harkon Vampire but not regular vampire

I recently decided to try playing as a vampire infected by Lord Harkon during the Dawnguard storyline, but I've noticed that I crash a lot as this type of vampire, but not as a regular vampire. In other words, if I use something like Live Another Life to start out as a vampire or I get infected by a normal vampire, I won't crash nearly as much as if I do the Dawnguard vampire route. 

 

The crashes don't really have a pattern to them, I'll simply just crash randomly inside buildings, outside, when talking, when fighting, etc. Using the Vampire Lord form doesn't crash the game, and neither do any of the vampire powers. My Papyrus logs don't really seem different either, but I'll post them anyways.
