Issues with weapon swaping

I just started modding Skyrim for my first play through and I ran into a problem already. It isn't huge game breaking glitch or anything but its still a bit annoying. I'm having an issue related to the weapons my character is holding. I've been using a melee weapon up until the point that I got my first bow. As soon as I got the bow, I decided to add both weapons to my "favorites". Now this is where the problem begins. When wielding the bow, swapping to the two handed weapon causes my bow to glitch in my hands. The glitch make the bow appear in my hand and disregards the fact that it isn't actually equipped. If I swap to my two handed weapon from my bow, my two handed weapon is invisible. The only way I know have to fix this issue is by equipping both weapons.

 

At this point, I am not really sure what to try. I tried a google search but wasn't able to find anything that could help. If anyone could help me or point me in the correct, it would be greatly appreciated. If you need any other information, please let me know.
