Force using a furniture permanently

Hi,

 

I would know how to make a NPC (follower or not) use a furniture permanently. A chair, a rack, a cross, etc...

 

When i order a NPC-follower to use a chair, for example, he uses it one minute and quits it after that.

Only thing is i can't make a NPC (follower or slave) to be permanently in a chair or trone.

Not a big deal but if there is a way, i would like to know.

Change the AI-Package with the Creation Kit

Open up the console and target the npc you want
Then type: setrestrained 1
and to make them able to move again do: setrestrained 0
I think there are some bugs because they cannot move AT ALL
