Sexlab stuck in installing

So I had Sexlab Framework 1.61b up and running for a few months now, without any real issue. Yesterday though, I tried installing Halo's Poser mod and resulted in getting an error when running FNIS (too many animations). Disabled Halo's Poser and ran FNIS again, without any problems. However, since then, Sexlab Framework hasn't been working, and when trying to access the MCM page, I get the message "Installing! Close all menus". I thought of re-installing it, but to get a clean save, I'd have to disable 50 or so mods which rely on it, which would pretty much break my save. So is there any other way to fix it? Or any idea why's it happening at all?
