Mod Organizer Categories Dropdown?

So I can across something that has yet to cause any problems and Im afraid to mess with it.  Some of my mods in MO all of a sudden became part of a submenu.  AKA you click an arrow next to a set of mods title, and it drops down all the mods in that category.  Very wierd to be sure.  Should I be alarmed, and can I make it not show that way?

 

 

Me not being able to see all the mods in the order that I want them in by priority makes me uneasy.  I do not like the dropdown at all.

Change your filter from "Nexus IDs" back to "No groups".
