CTDs in certain locations

Greetings, I am currently going mad with a problem I am now having for almost two weeks and just cannot seem to solve.

The problem itself is simple: There are certain locations, specifically e.g. in the south of Riverwood (around the guardian stones and the mine) or near the cabin with a bandit hideout inside between Falkreath and Helgen, that either instantly or after a short delay cause a CTD when entering them.

I am not too far into the story yet, being only Level 16, but until now every other location except those few seems to work fine and not cause any havoc.

I seem to have some CTDs in Windhelm occasionally but that's a minor problem and may have different origins.

Also, when said areas do not cause a CTD instantly, I found out that opening one of the menus (e.g. inventory or pause menu) causes it instead (sometimes opening any of them works fine though, seems a bit random). Opening a trading menu in Windhelm occasionally has the same effect.

To get to Bleakfalls Barrow for example I have to use a coc console command or else I never even get there due to CTDs.

Anyways, here is my load order:

I install everything manually as I made many bad experiences with any mod managers.

I still use Mod organizer as some kind of installer for mods with data choices though.

I use the latest versions of SKSE and FNIS, ENB version 0.262 and use LOOT for load order optimization.

The CTD in the attached Papyrus log was created by opening the pause menu in said area in the south of Riverwood.

What also may be interesting is that after creating SKSE.ini  with several lines of text the stability in said areas got raised and I now seem to cause CTDs almost only through the "menu opening method" I mentioned earlier. Anyway this happens only in those areas.

This is my SKSE.ini:

[NotPlacebo].

GiveFirstBornToSheson=1
[Memory]DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768ScrapHeapSizeMB=512

Thank you for your time, concern and any help in the future and have a nice day.

update: after unticking and ticking all mods seperately it seems like it is a memory based problem and not a specific mod's fault. i still have no idea why it only happens mostly in the south of riverwood whatsoever.

if you have any idea why that might be or have any ideas to improve the game's memory allocation i would highly appreciate your help.

again thank you for reading and have a nice day.
