Shout sound doesn't play correctly

Hey everyone.

I have this problem that when I use a shout in the game my character's (nord male) voice is really glitchy. 

Like the first word of the shout doesn't play correctly or it just cuts out in the middle. The effect of the shout is not affected, just the voice. It's really annoying since I use shouts like all the time and this glitch really makes me want to stop playing.

I attached the sound of some of the shouts. It may sound like it, but I didn't cut the first word of the shouts out or something like that. All the shouts in the audio file sound exactly like they do in-game.

EDIT: I fixed it I took some of my time, on a Saturday evening to uninstall every mod until it was fixed. The cause of the problem was the ASX mod (Adult show XXX)

I hope that this post can help anyone who had the same problem as me ^^

Uninstall any mods you have that alter the sounds of shouts, then test it again.

Tried that. I also found out that I don't have the problem on my old saves, only in the newer ones. Tried to clean the safe but that didn't work.
