DareDemon666 Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 First a little context: I've recently been dabbling with Halo's infamous pin-up poser! I also went through the first 800 or so poses via racemenu's handy 'idle sliders' tab. On my way through I noted down the numbers of various poses I liked for a first album which I plan to make later. Here's the thing though, racemenu lists the idles on an arbitrary scale of 1-1000, then another set of 1-1000 and keeps doing so until it can't fill another 1000. This is not however how Halo's organisation goes. For a start his/her numbering is base 9 and they've got a good 15+ completely separate sets! Now I've used some maths to figure out the location of the poses roughly, for example: the 540th pose is in set 6, 60. This doesn't really help me much. Anyway to get to the point, I was wondering if any of you can help me out here or if I'll need to sift through all the reference pictures. Also has anyone figured out a way to make racemenu list the poses in the same way that Halo has organised them? Cheers, DareDemon666
NNS10 Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 There is already a reference album: http://rrovin.web.fc2.com/skyrim/ppa//////ppindex.html Halo's Poser Album (56.1MB / MD5:6E5E585DC9B862D2C729E2622605EDBD) My question is is there any organization to the various Halo pose numbers? I was considering using Halo's Poser to take screenshots while doing a story roleplay, but I only need practical animations--not photoshoot poses. I was trying to find basic things like taking a knee, mourning for a fallen comrade, exhaustion poses after a tough battle, etc. If the pose sets are organized in some way, it wasn't apparent to me, so I wasn't even sure where to start to determine if it had the type of poses I was looking for. Is there an organization to it? And would I be better off using a different poser for my purposes?
fgambler Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 There's no organization for most of the poses. Write down the ones you find interesting for later use. You can check the pose album in-game using the Steam browser (overlay must be active), as it also supports directory browsing. It makes easier to find the poses you want to use.
