Absurd Load Screen Times

For quite some time now, i have been trying to figure out a solution to the following. After launching the game, at about the third or fourth load screen, the load time jumps from 10-20 seconds to upwards of 5 minutes, and then from there up toward 10, and eventually beyond that. However, if i attempt to load a save, it will do so in the typical 10-20 seconds. It does not seem to matter if it is an interior or exterior cell, and i haven't been able to notice any other pattern. Anyway, by about the fifth or sixth screen, i am spending longer loading the game than playing it. If this is common knowledge and there's a well known fix i've managed to miss while searching, i'm sorry for wasting your time, but it is getting to the point that the game is nearly unplayable after an hour or so due to 20-25 minute loading times.

Are you using ENB? I know this sounds totally irrelevant, but it really is.

No, I've never spent the time to deal with ENB

What's your plugin count? 

Also, it seems a lot of the mods you have are somewhat script heavy. Get us a papyrus log, so we can check it for errors. That can cause long loading times (and stuttering) as well.

I will admit it is quite a lot of plugins (226) but that is actually a couple fewer than previously.

I'm afraid i don't know how to do anything with papyrus. I've seen it talked about a lot, but i never muddled around to figure out just what to do with it.

Sorry i'm a bit uninformed about this sort of thing, but most of what i know i've learned as and when i needed it to solve a problem.
