Hissing Sound when Loading Game

The game crashes when I get a hissing sound after I load my first save after starting Skyrim. The way to avoid this issue, is load an early save without

mods and then load the save with mods. The hissing sound "psssshhhh" occurs then crashes. No sound, it's fine. Any way of fixing this issue?
