magicSetActorAlphaScript is used in CK Magic Effect AbGhost that sets actor transparency.

I created a magic effect without the shader effect so it's just the alpha script for a transparent NPC. With low alpha his skin is full of shimmering blotches like watermarks.  The watermarks are only on exposed skin and not on cloth/armor so I think it's either the mesh or texture of the male face/body/hand/feet interacting with ENB.  Watermarks are not visible if alpha is 1.

The NPC use vanilla or what SOS replaces vanilla with.  I am using CR ENB with 0.279 binary.

What can I do to get rid of the watermarks?
