[RESOLVED] Making a Quest Repeat Itself

It's exactly as the title says. I need to make a dummy quest I've created repeat itself to refill the reference alias I have attached to it.

Basically, how my mod works is like so:
1) Dummy quest fills in reference alias with random actor.

2) I do stuff with random actor.

3) Quest completes itself.

4) Quest restarts, thereby refilling the reference alias with another random actor.

5) Repeat infinitely

 

Everything is working as planned except for the actual repetition. The quest never restarts, even though I tried to follow exactly how the "Fetch me That Book!" repeatable quest is made. I'm at a total loss here, so any help on how to make a simple repeating quest would be appreciated, thanks.
