A request and a sort of question, about Thane, from mass effect

Hey, i just found a mod that allows me to get the head of thane from mass effect, but i am curious to know, are there any mods that lets me change colour of my skin, to be of ANY COLOUR or the rainbow, green for example.

Or is there a mod that lets me be a mass effect character, supported by Sexout ( Not supported is also okay, just  that it lets me be a Drell, or Turian)

There are no extended colors for skin tone as far as I know. If you want to go all crazy out like that, you'll have to tinker with that in GIMP, Photoshop or any other image editing program that generates minmaps and exports as .dds.
