ctd in cities

I've been getting CTD every time I enter a city. I know it's not the city overhauls because they were working before. Any help would be appreciated. Here's my load order.

Just because it worked before doesn't mean it always will, If you're ctd'ing in cities city mods are the first thing I'd look at.
The second being any new mods you've added recently that weren't around when you didn't crash in cities.
