I just recently encountered this problem and I only found this post... did you solve it? I'm guessing it is a nude clothing issue with teens.

I'm guessing it is a nude clothing issue with teens. not yet unfortunately None of the sliders I could find on the internet works I guess I'll have to be playing teen girls with flat nipples for a while

I' try to help you, by listing related to nipples/breast .packages in my Mods folder: Buhudain_AdultBody_NormalMapDR_V2_MuscleFix cmar_MorphingNipples Delphy_Breast_Sliders OneEuroMutt_4_Body_Sliders_(Back, Breasts & Chest) i think that's it.
