The female nipple slider I have ( I believe from cmarnyc) works well for all other females, but teens.

I have tried some sliders for teen females to no avail.

Does anyone know a working nipple slider for teen female.

Yes! I just recently encountered this problem and I only found this post... did you solve it? I'm guessing it is a nude clothing issue with teens.

None of the sliders I could find on the internet works

I guess I'll have to be playing teen girls with flat nipples for a while

It works in my game for teens. 

I' try to help you, by listing related to nipples/breast .packages in my Mods folder:
