Can't recharge enchanted weapons. Option doesn't appear

I'm using SkyUI 5.1. I also have numerous filled soul gems in the inventory.

 

When I go to the inventory and select an enchanted weapon with about 50% charge remaining (a weapon I just enchanted), I do not see any option to recharge it. There is supposed to be a "Recharge (T)" option in the lower corner but I don't see it. Hitting T also does not work.

 

Does anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it? It's not like you need a perk to do this, right? I'm not using Requiem.
