Is there a way to make the PC equip a specific piece of armor during animations

I want to be able to automatically equip the armor from this mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72855/?) on starting SL animations. Naturally there's the ability to remove slots already, but is the opposite (mostly) possible?
