city guards turning invisible

Hi!

 

Recently I noticed the city guards in my playthroughs turn invisible for some reason.

Just now I was walking over the bridge to the main entrance of Windhelm and I actually saw them turn invisible as I came within a short distance to them.

They're still there with collision box, sounds and everything - excluding their visible representation.

 

I've been playing with the current textures and modded in armors and weapons for a while and the problem in this playthrough just started occuring now.

I don't think this is a matter of missing armor textures.

i bet its the npc scale body randomizer

do you have HDT PE installed ?? if yes then its HDT issue and there is no fix for it.
