They look like they've been completely trashed. I'll include some screenshotsMod's I'm using: UNP body (with bodyslide), SG Textures, Enhanced Character Edit, Enevision FacePresets I'm trying to use are from Beautiful Girls on the nexus. ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51809/? ) as you can see, mine look nothing like the originals But I am capable of making my own from scratch, but I just don't want to spend the time to do so.

Though, the person stated for RaceMenu, but RaceMenu doesn't have a Vertex tab. ECE does and that may have threw some people off. "For those having a problem about chubby cheeks, just reset the vertex under the vertex menu in race menu. That worked for me." I'm assuming you are using the Kisumi preset since she has the dirty face and the same ears as the one in your images.
