Strange heels on vanilla NPC

wtf this old guy is such a whore, who can I fix this posted modlist, vanilla leather boots got remplaced by this idk what should I do, I search in MO/mods folder and deleted 3 nif called leather boots but didint work he still use those strange heels 

 

fixed I drooped the item on floor click on him press tab to see his textura and was LNL.esp http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55706/?

I get better to help myself bc nobody do.

LOL.  The old guy is such a whore....  This is hilarious.  Glad you figured it out.  I was going to say the same thing, check his inventory, look at the boots he's wearing, see which mod the boots correspond to, and then customize the mod or just uninstall it.  Or you can select the old man via console and type in resetinventory... or maybe it was resetNPCinventory, I can't remember.  Either of the two.
