i cant see underwater literally when i go underwater screen goes completly green or grey (depends on where u r) any clue how to fix

Adding Ssome settings in the Skyrim.ini can change it but I'm not sure waht to add. But using a 1st person skeleton like what I'm using can also change the 1st person Point of View, why are you wanting to change your 1st person Point of View?
