just starting another new game for skyrim i need some tips to avoid some issues or some recommendation

i already killed miraak ,killed harkon and finish most of the main quest the reason for me creating a new game is that im not sure if my game is already unstable since i have installed some of the dangerous mods on some of  my play through  like EBT duel combat realism and immersive detection on npc at night im not really quite sure if save scalper or cleaner can fix this and also i want to switch to another new combat overhaul i was playing sperg ordinator combined before and i decided to switch to another overhaul im really not quite sure with perkus its not because of the patch its because of the armor values i dont want to rebuild patch all of my armors just to make their armor value compatible with perkus 

 

and also about my load order any mods that needs to be remove?
