Character creation issue

Hi guys!

I didn't know where to ask exactly but since my problem is with char creation I figured I would post it here in case someone knows how to deal with it or at the very least point me to the right direction. Anyway, I have been playing mostly using male char and recently I wanted to set up a new female char using a preset I saw on reddit. I installed the mods that I didn't have that the author used and proceeded to load a new game. 

However when I loaded the preset the char looks old.

I tried to create a different female char however it also looks old for some reason. I'm thinking there something else that might be causing but I have no idea atm. As mentioned earlier I mostly play male char so it is possible that this issue was already present before, and I just haven't noticed because my first char was female and it looked perfectly normal. But then again, when I made that char I have not installed most of my mods that I have now.

There should be a slider in under the head tab that will change that, i forget the name but it applies face maps like freckles and weathered that gives that old look.

It's complexion slider, but normally the slider is at 0 (default) and getting the aging complex is usually 3-4. If it's not set at 0 change it to 0 or try the very last one to the right,

I was able to fix the old issue by changing the vanilla preset slider then loading the saved preset. Thanks for the answers anyway
