Shadow on Player Woes

Hello.

 

I hope this message finds you well - thank you in advance for reading my post.

 

I have had a hell of a time removing some unwanted shadows from my player.  For the most part the shadows are excellent, but there are some that are under her neck (as well as above her buttocks) that I cannot get rid of.  I have spent hours looking for a solution.  Normally I do not post in the forums, but if it helps, that's great.

 

I have included a zipped image to help illustrate my problem.

 

I appreciate any advice you may have to offer.
