Recent game update now causing older CTD issues to surface

Hey everyone.

 

Am sure I remember seeing something about CTD happening during the Concord mission at the beginning of the game before.  but wondered if anyone is now having it happen shortly after defeating the Deathclaw and trying to head into the museum to speak with the minute men with the most current game update patch installed?  Have tried repeatedly to get past it either by walking out of the town and it insta CTD or wait like 5 mins before heading into  the museum and still CTD.

 

any one know of a cure?  or heard if anything has been done to fix this annoying bug?
