Facetint issue (color mismatch) @ NPC Ysolda in Whiterun

hey guys,

 

i attached a screenshot of a facetint issue on ysolda in whiterun.has anyone either this issue or/and know how to patch this?

it seems i get this color mismatch only on this npc. (i cant patch this with setweight @ console for this npc so no like this grayface issue)

Looks like a conflict between a face mod and a body mod, I usually try to get both from the same source or mod type it tends to avoid these issues, Like for instance CBE and bodyslide include a "face pack" which I use.
You may have to give up one or the other.

This mod actually provides a face and a body normal. So this is probably not the problem.

 

The author had this to say

 

"Also the complexion slider may cause the slight color mismatch between the head and the body.

This mod's freckle textures are fixed, but vanilla or any compressed face detail maps will be the cause."

 

 

Also I'm not sure if the Npc is wearing any sort of clothes in that screenshot, it looks like they might.

Try seeing if the bug is consistent nude, if not then its most likely the article of clothing.

Thank you both for your quick reply and suggestions. i solved this problem now. this issue whas caused by BTRH Waifu NPCs. This mod brings his own body textures and meshes..

 

 

i fixed this issue by copying my characters body textures AND meshes in the BTRH folders:

 

meshes: Skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\btrh

textures: Skyrim\Data\textures\actors\character\btrh

 

i quick tested the other npcs from btrh and all look very fine. i have attached a finall screenshot of a happy ysolda  which no longer looks like a self-tanning lotion accident =D

Good I'm glad! Things like that are almost always two mods fighting for the same job, Also she looks really pretty haha.
