Custom race and tiny CBBE BBP issue

So after about six and a half hours I finally managed to get my default races to get jiggle physics but I cant get the same to happen for the Ashen race, which supports BBP with the CBBE version. If I cant get it to jiggle I would at least like to figure out how to get a set of eye textures to another race,

 

Also, I've been trying to install CBBE mods to make the bod look more muscular and toned (Fitness Body) but they arent doing anything even when I try blending them
