loading doors a ctd?

what is the normal issue when u get a ctd from a certien area? cant get into the thorn. the west side loading doors are a ctd

Hard to say.

 

As first thing, I'd try to COC inside:

COC OVWestSewers03

Then if it still CTD, I'd try to move red lucy to me:

PRID 134830
MOVETO Player

To exclude that it's not Red Lucy that CTD me.

 

After that, it wouldn't be bad to use FNVEdit to check conflicts or what mod could influence that cell, but... When I have this kind of problems, often I find it's a problem with lists, and a merged patch helps me
