New patch (old savegames doesn`t start)

With the new patch I can´t load my old savegames. I can start a new game and load this new savegame but not the old savegames. Has anyone the same problem? Thanks for the answers.

 

ps. I get this message when I end the game because my savegames do nothing:

C:\Users\Gero\AppData\Local\Temp\WER6B13.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

  C:\Users\Gero\AppData\Local\Temp\WER8345.tmp.appcompat.txt

  C:\Users\Gero\AppData\Local\Temp\WER8385.tmp.hdmp
