Even though i am a male, the mod is counting me as a female, so my female partner is fucking ME with a Dildo strapped around her hips,

What is the mod you use to start the sex animations?

Just kidding, have you gone into the MCM menu and set the gender of your character as well as NPC? That may help, if not as CPU asked, what mod is it you are running it no the problem with?

Worse comes to worse, just hit the = key and it'll swap positions mid-animation. Pressing the key should have no effect on future animations, though, so you'll have to swap every time an animation starts.

If you have SOS addons and SLEN you might have accidentally clicked in the SLEN MCM menu (in "SOS Integration" submenu) change gender (for animation sake) to female for a particular SOS addon (like SMURF or VectorPlus)
