Mod Organizer and INI editor

Hello guys, as title says I would like to know if default skyrim INI works in game or the one contained in MO are the only one loaded if you start the game with it. Thanks in advance for help

I believe the ones in the MO profile are swapped in before the game loads.

if your run MO the only ini in your profile will work only not on your my doc skyrim ini cause MO serves as our Data, saves, and ini files thats why MO deosnt touch the main skyrim folder

Thanks for the answer, so even by editing the default skyrim.ini, it should have no effect in game even if the one in MO is left unchanged right? Damn the guide I followed pointed me to editing the default INIs but before that the author insisted to let you install MO, that makes no sense then!
