Random AI Aggression

So I am being randomly attacked by ai. Do you guys know any mods that would cause random AI aggression?

I have no idea but I have advice for you. Simply attack a guard and pay your bounty or go to jail. That should fix your problem.

I don't think that will work because everyone else except the guards attack me. The guards actually attack the people attacking me

have you tried to surrender using the hotkey K on defeat cause i have this problem too on dawnguard everyone is attacking me so i tried to surrender after that they just ignore me and i can talk to them now
