Night Person Perk mod (ready to download)

I do not have permission to upload a flie in the download area, maybe beause I'm a long time lurker or else I am a newb so am not priviledged enough yet.

 

In any case, here is a fairly straight forward mod that changes the description and effects of level 1 and 2 perk Night Person.

 

Level 1:

You are a whore and proud of it! Gain +2 to Perception and Charisma to attract the richest punters.

 

Level 2:

Since your sextape with Dogmeat went viral you have embarked into porn. Gain +2 Agility, Endurance and Luck.

Gone are the time restrictions and night vision (that some people really don't like)

 

Too overpowered? I can eaily change the SPECIAL bonuses to +1 from +2. Let me know.

 

On another note, I am woking on a bigger project called Perverted Messages which changes around 50 or 60 pop messages, such as Curie likes you. The messages are over the top and tongue in cheek, here are some examples:
