Eye Adaptation Settings?

The ENB I like the most apparently has a Eye Adaptation hypermode because when i fire a Laser Rifle or anything that has Ignite or Explode ammo causes my character go go blind.

 

Being hit by these weapons do the same. 

 

So half the time I'm blinded in combat from this crappy Eye Adaptation Setting.

 

So is there any way to turn it off or lower it?
