Hello guys. Im pretty new at modding. I want to setup sexlab with the mods and all that. I tried following the instructions step by step, but there is something I'm not really doing right apparently.. Can anyone help me in teamviewer or something?

Quick guide:

1) Install (if you don't have it already) SKSE

2) Install (if you don't have it already) FNIS (and if you want creature animation also the creatures, same link)

3) Install (if you don't have it already) a body mod (chose the one you prefer (CBBE, UNp, 7Base, etc.) search on Google

4) install a good skeleton (if you don't have it already), like XPMSE

5) Install (if you don't have it already) SkyUI

6) Test your game, be sure it is working fine

7) Download and Install SexLab

8) Run the game, wait a minute, open the MCM (Esc and then Mod Configuration)

9) Click on SexLab, go in the last page (bottom of the left list) and then click on the "Install" button

10) Wait a little until SexLab finishes its installation (can be a couple of minutes)

11) Go back in the MCM to see if everything is OK inside SexLab (you should see a bunch of new pages)

12) Download and install SexLab MatchMaker (just to test)

13) Run the game, equip the Match Maker spells and cast them

If you see a sex animation then you are OK, and you can now install other SexLab mods.

Be sure that you run "Generate FNIS for User" after you install SexLab and any other mod that add new animations.

The actual install will take a while and it has no "progress bar".

Just close the MCM and wait a few minutes.

Weird. I suggest you to click on install, exit the menu and stand still somewhere where you can't be attacked (whiterun, for example) and keep an eye on the top left corner of the game for some message. After that, go back to the sexlab menu and see if it got installed.

And how long should this take ?

Edit: I've been waiting for 5 mins. It really does not work for me. I dont know what i have been doing wrong.

Hello 64., if you have your papyrus log enabled, just post it here and I will have a look to it.

If you don't know how to enable it then

Vanilla and NMM: edit your file <my Documents>/My Games/Skyrim/Skyrim.ini
Mod Organizer: Edit your file <Mod Organizer>/profiles/<your profile>/Skyrim.ini

Check if you have a section inside called [Papyrus]

I have it - Inside this section be sure you have the following values:
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1

I don't have it - Add at the end of the file the following lines:
[Papyrus]
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1

That's weird, then. Do you have FNIS (not the spells, I accidentaly installed the spells several times) and ran generate FNIS for users?

Now try again the "install" button of SexLab, exit the MCM, wait a fe minutes, then go to the folder C:\users\<your user>\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script\" and copy the file Papyrus0.log, then post it here as an attachment.

Your Papyrus.log tells me that the problem is the installation of FNIS.

SexLab relies on it, but it is failing because FNIS is failing.

Try to re-install FNIS.

I can see I am a little closer now, because now it says OK to all the stuff except creature. But it does still not work.

I will be available for another 30 minutes, then i will go to bed.

P.S. I speak EN, FR, IT, ES, and a little bit of Russian.

The actual problem was an installation of both SexLab FULL 1.61b and the upgrade patch over it.

After reinstalling the problem was solved.
