cbbele 2.46 character creation crash

Hi,

I'm using the cbbele 2.46 package and character creation only works if the cbbele 2.43.esp is disabled. If it is activated the game starts to stutter and crashes when changing sex.

Is there some kind of workaround or a newer version to make it work?

Is the .esp even important? Since it always crashes i wouldn't know if it changes something
