Help: Mod Making Characters Say Random Shit

Hello,

 

So I have a STEP install of Skyrim, that I then added a pile of SexLab stuff to. I attached a pic of my Mod Organizer list below, covering only what was added on top of STEP.

 

Anywho, one of the mods is causing some weird dialogues and relationship issues. Uthgerd for example now refuses to follow me. Before this happened, she had said a few times "I hate you! How could you get me into this? I feel like a cheap whore!".

 

Now Toccata and Lydia have started saying it. So far they've not yet refused to follow me, but I'm worried they might start doing so later down the line.

 

I thought it might be Defeat doing something based on the morality of these characters, but I've turned off the Morality checks. 

 

So what is the source of this dialogue? I can't seem to find the mod doing it.

Looks like you have a couple rape mods. Did you rape the npcs that are acting up? When you rape them, your relationship with them lowers to the lowest it can get, and they'll say shit like how much they hate your when you try to talk to them, and it may also make it so you can't get them to be companions anymore.

I have never started a rape sequence with any of the followers. Only random NPCs.

I don't think your screenshot includes your full mod list, just a portion of it. No USKP/USLEEP?

 

Regardless, it sounds like you have Sexlab Attraction installed. That mod rarely functions properly, and this is usually apparent when Hulda says she'd like to see your face ripped off by a sabre cat.

 

If this sounds like you, go to the MCM menu for Sexlab Attraction and at the bottom you'll see a reset checkbox. Use it. If Lydia stops with the insults, then you know this is the problem. Sometimes you can get it to stop by adjusting your base attractiveness DOWN (yeah, I know it doesn't make sense). If you just dragged the setting up to 100 when you started the game, shame on you, cheater.

 

For your information, having a 100 attractiveness makes most NPCs of the same sex jealous of you, thus the insults. It's actually supposed to work that way.

 

Sexlab Attraction is wonky, but I still use it as it is a requirement for several good Sexlab mods.

Yes, it's just partial. The rest of my mods are part of STEP, so I didn't think they were relevant.

 

No, I don't have Attraction installed... What's in the list I posted is everything SexLab related. I like to keep related mods somewhat close to each other in MO's list.

If it helps any, I discovered that if I use MatchMaker to do a consensual scene, sometimes they would make positive comments.

 

Before this, all the scenes had come from Defeat.
