Sidereel Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 I installed all my mods, 221 active plugins not counting the 50-70 I merged, but I forgot to clean the esm files and mod files. My game is running really stable right now. Several hours playing and no crashes. Should I clean them, or should I not risk it and just leave them be?
Guest Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 If your game is stable you don't need to clean them up. usually cleaning the esp/esm (except for the bad developed ones) is pretty much useless. (You just save a few KB of memory for the wrong variables and references. And maybe you gain a few seconds on the loading because the mods do not have to be compared when unnecessary.) Â Â
Sidereel Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 I'll leave them be then. Thanks for the help.
