Having problems With the Grey Beards

Ok, so i'm at the grey breads place and they want to talk to me and give me the big talk for being a Dragonborn, but when they ask me to stand all between all of them i do it, but they all just stand there and it doesint activate anything, i can still move around and they get stuck like that forever. Iv tryed reloading, restarting, tunring off mods, nothing works! D: i need halp! D:

First off do you have any mods installed? If so do any of them make changes to scripts or the building which the Greys are in?

i have tons of mods installed, half of them are on steam, the rest are on nexus, i dont know how to put all of them on a list xD Dont think any of them would change the behavior of them... that would be weird

You will be surpised what can happen with some mods. It is possible you may have modded your game to much, I have had that happen before. I take it you have tried just running the base game as well?

With no mods at all? i havint tryed that but that is a bitch to do, i have over like 200 already but it worked for awhile now it just randomly stoped working.

What is the name of the quest you are on? Need the exact part. You may be able to get away with just resetting the mission in the console.

The quest is The Horn Of Jurgen Windcaller, i really need a fix for this xD its game breaking

ok open the console and type in

 

resetquest MQ105Ustengrav

 

This will reset the mission meaning you have to do it again but will hopefully clear it, go to Whiterun to do this or somewhere not near the Greys.

nope...that didint work, the reset quest command did nothing and i went to hand in the horn and i had trouble getting the last word for the shout, but i still cant get the talk for being dragonborn

Then you most likely have a mod messing up the quest somewhere. You could skip the mission entirely but I have no idea if it will work, it could just make things worse.

I did the command to finish, but they still stand around and want me to stand in the middle...i think they want something from me D: lol still need a fix.

P.S. i'm having even MORE problems... im doing the stormcloaks mission where i attack whiterun, but after he does the speach...they just stand there doing nothing... my game is so broke!
