Schlong colission using the equippable schlong by belisario ?

How do I do this ?

Im pretty lost tbh and I find that the tutorials dont cover really this.

I tried copying a schlong with colission over and it worked fine but it obviously didnt look right at all so that isnt really an option and the 2 meshes are different that I wouldnt even know where to begin.
