HDT - Overlapping Breasts?

I Have noticed that with all but the smallest breast sizes seem to have a "bug" where the breasts end of sort of overlapping or phasing into each-other instead of colliding off each-other. is there a way I can go about fixing this without requiring I install a specific separate skeleton? for example is there any easy way I could edit an xml file to make them collide with each-other without anything too complicated?

 

Edit: forgot to mention that current skeleton is the XP32 extended one.(with CBBE Curvy body)
