Enemies non-hostile after mishap with Amorous Adventures

I recently uninstalled the SL framework and the Amorous Adventures mod, as I decided they were lagging my game too much. I removed the framework improperly, by disabling it in the Nexus mod manager, realized my mistake, and reactivated it to properly clean my system. A while later, I noticed some enemies not attacking me! Wolves, Skeevers, Draugr, Spiders and Cultists are all totally non-hostile, refusing to attack even when provoked. Most other enemies work properly, but since I'm trying to play through the Dragonborn DLC now, it's become a lot bigger of an issue, and made things much less fun.

Has anybody else run across this? I even wiped my whole skyrim folder and reinstalled it, and the bug persists.

Here's my current load order, if it helps at all, but the problem persists in Vanilla:
