Impossible to download in android?

Hello guys, So I have no internet at home for now and browsed

The forums for some skyrim mods...

 

So I was using dolphin browser on my kikat phone (4.4.2) and nothing

From this forums wants to download at all, it always instantly displays

"Download Unsuccessful"...

 

I remember tat back a long time I found a workaround but I don't know

Anymore... Anyone can download mods from here in their android phone?

I bet if you used Chrome it would work better. Chrome tends to support most things on android. You could probably share the phone internet to you pc as well. In Settings there is Tethering & somethingsomething... Or was it in KitKat already? Maybe?

Tried chrome, Didn't work... Guess I'll have to download things at a net cafe when I have free time.... xD
