rhino_4 Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Papyrus.0.logPapyrus.1.log Two separate logs about an hour apart. Skyrim CTDs anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour into starting the game. Most of the mods I have for this playthrough are sexlab related but I'm not sure how to confirm which one is causing the issue. The seconds log was a complete freeze forcing me to reboot my machine.
Alpia Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 if ctd's appear random its nearly sure its memory related and has nothing to do with mods if it would be a mod you would know it as it crashes allways at the same point. Do you have skse memory patch installed? Go to Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data and see if you have a SKSE folder with an SKSE.ini file inside. If you do, add these values to SKSE.ini:[General]ClearInvalidRegistrations=1[Display]iTintTextureResolution=2048[Memory]defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768scrapHeapSizeMB=256 if you want to know it for sure you can install memory blocks log http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50471/? I assume you can read the discription how it works. Besides that monitor your RAM and VRAM usage if you dont use ENB once you reacht 3,1gb RAM usage you crash as skyirm is a 32bit application with ENB installed you should keep an eye on your VRAM. Edit: if its not memory related you may have to much script heavy mods installed, but I doubt this a loadorder would be intresting to see if this could be or if you have any other conflicts

I stay with it random ctd's are nearly allways memory related I asked you if you have skse memory patch please tell us? if you dont have it do what I wrote in the quote in my previous post and also awnser that you did not had it and have it now or that you allready had it and still crashed. Other then that you can monitor what I allready told and see the memory blocks log without further information I can as said only tell you to install the memory patch
rhino_4 Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 I asked you if you have skse memory patch please tell us? Sorry, I forgot to answer that part. I have skse 1.07 with the skse.ini already installed. I tried the memory blocks log and memory usage at crash was 237. I'm pretty sure it's not memory related. I'm at my wits' end. Tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling and the same issue pops up. CTD anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour after loading into the game.

I assume you have 1.7.3 skse intalled not 1.07? otherwise dude update your mods I allready said rnd crash's are nearly allways memory related (espcially in your case with your light mod setup). You should again monitor your ram usage if you have no enb installed and regardless if you have enb or not monitor your vram I use more then 4gb of vram on my usual gameplay without enb that allocates to ram I would allready crash. Just download gpu-z or any other tool to log your graphics card load and without enb monitor your ram I cant tell you this often enough I have seen dozens of people here with unexplainable crashes and what a conclusion some dont use enb and allways crash at 3.1gb ram this is the max a 32bit application will handle regardless if you have 50000 gigabyte ram in your system I have seen people that crash on the memory blocks as you anwnserd this we can say this is not your case I have seen plenty of people crash because they hit their vram limit. So again awnsers that I still miss are: - how much vram do you have and how much is used while a gameplay - do you use enb (important as explained above) - if you dont use enb how much ram gets used when you crash (or better slightly before you crash obviously) If all of the above is monitored and is not the culprit then we could think about mods, but your setup is just not heavy enough to cause rnd crashes that are totally unrelated.
