Item invisible after editing id

So ive tried editing an items id (from this mod:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49711/?)because i couldnt equip it with an other piece of armor i wanted (a piece of bikini armor), and after editing its id, it was invisible ingame, even if my char was fully naked with only that item equipped, so my question is, could someone explain it to me how to edit a certain items id properly?(Also tried looking for help online, couldnt find much)
