It would be nice to see these two clothes sets in Fallout 4.

i think they are lore friendly,  for the world Fallout 4 too.

they are from this page:

so if anybody can get permission from original author it will be nice to have them in Fallout 4

Keep in mind that i started learing about porting stuff 2 days ago and this is my 3rd "test" conversion, also need to convert the other suit, make an esp, and then see if i can contact the original author of this to see if there is any problem with sharing the conversion.

Thanks for your efforts on the conversion.

i dont know how difficult will be to add the physics (of Drifter outfit) for the greenish tattered coatlike outfit.

good luck on converting the outfits!!!

Yeah i found that problem searlier today, when i found that the coat need physics attached or ingame will be a mess up.Sadly, i dont know how to do that yet.Im having problem porting gloves too, in bodyslide studio i end up with deformed hands and still dont know how to fix that too, so for now im limited to suits and boots only.Already converted the momiji costume but i need to fix some clipping here and there, i hate when in studio all seems to be fine, then i go ingame and get some troll clippings :/.I will try to upload them later today or tomorrow, still need to make the rar and order the folders and that xD

it is nice that you made progress!!!

about outfit studio , i have tried too, to make things with it, since SKYRIM  and it is REALLY frustrating that outfits seem ok in outfit studio and not in game so i gave up tinkering with it.

i have no idea how to add physics. i read in another post that they copy the "bones" of the original outfit with physics to the new one so they can be applied, but i never tried to do that.

Physics is a pain and buggy. Easiest way to try is load something with physics as a reference (most people use the bathrobe), copy weights, then check them. The ones in particular is the Cloth bones you'll see. There's gonna be a ton after copying from the bathrobe. It ain't perfect and can be a bit buggy still. Could also try the Silver Shroud body. It has cloth physics and may not flutter as much as the bathrobe.

As for hands/gloves. UGH! The only semi-workable way I've gotten things to work is export to FBX and cheat using Maya to re pose the character moving the hands. It doesn't easily fix the finger posing though and it can look a bit funky if you leave it in the skyrim finger pose.

If outfits clip in Skyrim after sizing in Outfit Studio it's a bone weighting problem. It still exists in Fallout 4 but there's another twist. In Fallout 4 we have the Weight Triangle. If it's not dead center it shifts the bones which generally will cause clipping on anything tight fitting.  The basic general solution is to make things less tight fitting. Personally I prefer exporting the mesh(es) to Maya and weighting it in there. It seems to be way better at being able to do proximity weighting than Outfit Studio.

Yes i figured that out, when i tried to convert the ghost suit from startcraft to fallout 4.At least for now for me, im choosing the easiest way first, make the outfit less fitting, i have little to none about maya so thats out of my reach :/.

Also i found another problem today trying to fix the clippings from one of the fox33 outifts:

i use the Brushes but no matter what i do, one of the sides of the bikini looks more "deformed" and it pisses me off lol, so im not uploading it for now, i will try to use another bikini from skyrim or maybe one converted already, i will see.

I finished the mummy costume outfit already, maybe it will have some clipping, but nothing too serious, and i wanted to share here too see the progress:

Needs armorsmith extended and armor keywords to work, since is craftable in armorsmith workbench in skimpy outfits category. Also contains the bodyslide files, by default is cbbe curvy, is the one i use, havent tested with other presets.Oh and also forgot to mention, this dont have custom 1st person or ground meshes, need to learn how to do it.Let me know if all works fine, i will try to fix the other outfit and upload it here soon, have a lot of work here so dont know if i will upload it today.

Edit: Forgot to attach a preview image for the mummy outfit, here it is:

Are you remembering to set the NiAlphaProperty in the nif and the Test Alpha and Alpha Reference in the material file? Can you post a screenshot of what the problem is and I can try to help you figure it out.
